Role Description
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Drive customer-focused billing support in a fast-paced insurance environment, handling inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with brokers and underwriters. This on-site Montral role blends customer service, problem-solving, and administrative expertise in a structured, high-volume contact center setting. What is in it for you: Hourly salary of $23. 7-month contract. Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. Training period: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
