Overview

Position Title : 310T TRUCK AND COACH MECHANIC

Disclaimer: The Facility is approximately 40 minutes outside the city.

POSITION GOAL : To work in a fleet based environment on both long term and short term preventative maintenance mechanical applications on public transit passenger buses.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical repairs involving all operational systems for a transit bus or highway coach.
• Experience in diagnostics using Ladder Logic, Vansco, WABCO and Cummins Onsite is essential.
• Must be able to work well independently and/or as part of a team.
• Electric and hybrid experience is also an asset.
• Diversity is key. Demonstrate the interest to learn all necessary skills in all aspects of bus heavy mechanical and refurbishment repair.
• Ensure output is consistent with process flow and execution to meet completion dates as set out by the Shop Manager.
