Robert Half is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator on behalf of a manufacturing client to support overnight warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring strong administrative experience within a warehouse or shipping office environment. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and requires strong focus, timeliness, and reliability.
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Sunday night – Thursday night | 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Overtime: May be required
What You’ll Do
+ Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of speed and accuracy
+ Handle Bill of Lading (BOL) processing and shipping documentation
+ Support quality audits and assist with inventory troubleshooting
+ Serve as customer service support for warehouse and production teams
+ Operate at the driver window, manage will-call requests, and create customs documentation
