MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Development Governance & Standards Ensure staff engineers adhere to HCA Healthcare development standards, policies, and procedures, including secure coding practices and mandated application development tools. Enforce best practices for code management, version control, and documentation across all development efforts. Project & Delivery Management Lead and manage software development projects from initiation through production deployment, overseeing the full lifecycle including planning, elaboration, development, testing, and release. Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met.
