About the Position

Supervisor – Vancouver branch. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to all site employees while effectively managing projects, subtrades, and liaising with the client. Collaborates with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure project success.

Position Specifications

• 5+ years experience in ICI hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification
• Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
• Strong communicator, relationship builder, and business partner
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills
• Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
