Access Representative, Admitting & Registration, Part Time, Third Shift

UC Health is hiring a part-time Access Representative for the Admitting & Registration department for the third shift at West Chester Hospital.


The Access Representative will support West Chester Hospital’s emergency room (ER) and Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. To create accounts from scheduling appointment and attempt to obtain demographic and insurance information as indicated in the Pre-Registration process. Completes all required documentation and prioritizes all insurance coverage's as primary, secondary, tertiary. Quality of registration data collected for the organization impacts revenue/reimbursement time.
