ACCESS SUPERINTENDENT

We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Access Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven track record of managing complex scaffolding and rope access projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all scaffold and rope access crews and site activities, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other contractors to meet project deadlines
• Inspect completed scaffold structures to ensure they meet engineering specifications and safety standards
• Manage equipment inventory and material procurement
• Mentor and train junior scaffolders, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism
