About The Role:
Design and develop non-product accessories — pouches, GWPs, kits, secondary packaging, PR mailers, influencer kits, and retail/counter accessories. Own the brief-to-bulk journey: concept → tech pack → vendor sampling → costing → final production handover.
What you'll actually do:
1. Translate marketing/brand briefs into manufacturable designs (sketches, CADs, tech packs with material, dimensions, BOM, finishes).
