Account Coordinator (Key Accounts)

Yellowpop is a global design company creating premium custom signage and branded experiences for some of the world's most recognizable brands. Our clients include leading restaurant chains, retailers, hotels, agencies and enterprise businesses across North America and Europe.

As we continue to grow our recurring enterprise business, we're looking for an Account Coordinator to become the operational backbone for our key accounts.

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of recurring enterprise customers. These clients already know and trust Yellowpop—you'll ensure every order is processed quickly, accurately, and professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is not a sales role. Instead, you'll own the operational side of existing accounts, ensuring projects move smoothly from purchase order to production.
