About the Role
The Account Manager will manage the full lifecycle of assigned Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) accounts on the west coast, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth while serving as the primary customer contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of assigned accounts and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
