Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Handle tax filings, compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles (retail experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
