Accountant

Job Summary:

The General Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through daily accounts payable processing, monthly affiliate billing, vendor and affiliate reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. The role supports month-end closing activities, ensures compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and Board of Investments (BOI) requirements, and contributes to process improvement within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable (Daily Operations)

• Review and process vendor invoices and travel and entertainment reimbursements for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
• Ensure correct application of VAT and EWT in line with BIR regulations.
