Accounting Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of Monthly & EOY financials.
• Reconcile control and other accounts as assigned
• Prepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the accounting system
• Intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
• FX transaction treatment using several different currencies
• Liaison with external professionals – external accountant
• Multiple credit card and expense receipt management for all staff including monthly reconciliation and follow up of outstanding balances
