Accounting Associate

Job qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy/Management Accounting/Financial Management or any equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of work experience related to accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and strong attention to detail
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel
• Fresh Graduate are welcome and encourage to apply

Job Description:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare check payments for suppliers, utilities, etc.
• Preparation of Adjustment Entries in Tax, EWT, and VAT
• Accrual entries for withholding tax
• Act as Petty Cash Custodian
• Reviews the Logbook of Check Requisition and Check Issues
• Responsible for monitoring of company expenses and employees benefits
• Willing to work On-Site in Biñan, Laguna
