Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation in Sampaloc, Manila City. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential bookkeeping and accounting services to support the efficient operation of our thriving residential condominium.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other accounting transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with the annual budgeting and planning process
• Liaise with external auditors and provide support during audits
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
