 Job Description:
 
 Responsibilities: Management and oversight of daily, month end/quarter end/year end closing procedures across General Accounting. 
 Corporate Accounting, Treasury and Service Revenue Billing team; including facilitating review meetings and analytics, 
 ensuring results are accurate and timely. 
 Support the creation, review and update of supporting SOX narratives and coordinate the SOX testing program. 
 Support execution of internal control procedures across the Accounting team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX. 
 Participate in internal and external audits as they arise (preparation and facilitation as required). 
 Foster the development and implementation of new procedures and controls to enhance the workflow of the department and accuracy of financial results
