Our REIT client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager of their Commercial Division to join their team in Calgary. This position is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis for a diverse portfolio of commercial and hotel properties across Canada. The role includes overseeing the property accounting team and working closely with Operations partners to support strategic initiatives and drive business performance.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Lead, coach, and develop the commercial and hotel property accounting team to drive high performance.

Serve as the main contact for Operations, providing expertise in property accounting, financial reviews, and operational analysis.
