Accounting Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Manager oversees end-to-end accounting operations for the Philippine entity, ensuring timely month-end close, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls in compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to process improvements, supports automation initiatives, and assists with finance shared services projects and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee core accounting functions for Philippine operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Transactions
• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review financial and management reports
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
