Accounting Manager

The Accounting Supervisor / Manager is responsible for the processing of revenue related transactions. The tasks include review of percentage of completion, preparation of invoices, statements of account, billing, collection letters, and preparation of accounts receivable reports. He or she is also in-charge of reviewing and reconciling clients accounts, and scheduling and coordination for collections.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Review accuracy of accounting entries
• Verify validity of requests for operational cash advances and review their eventual liquidation
• Check accuracy of billings or invoices to customers/clients
• Perform reconciliation of accounts with suppliers, related parties, and others to confirm accuracy of figures
• Provide timely and accurate financial information for statutory and management purposes
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows)
