Role Description

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounting Manager will play a key role in month-end close, consolidated reporting, and financial analysis for international entities. The role also provides the opportunity to mentor junior team members and support process improvements within a global finance function.
This will be a hybrid position with at least two days a week in the downtown Vancouver office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for several subsidiaries across Europe and Asia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards.

Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages for submission to the parent company, ensuring information is complete and delivered within reporting deadlines.

Oversee and review month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.
