  Job description 
 The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:
 Overall responsibility for the General Ledger for 2 entities within the perimeter, including accurate and timely month-end closing
 Oversight of activities of one direct report located in Austria as well as activities performed by Global Business Services centres for the perimeter
 Liaising with external consultants to ensure timely completion of all pensions, tax and other statutory monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
 Review and / or completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and VAT reporting
 Review and / or preparation of SOX controls for various cycles under ST internal SOX control framework
 Supporting the production of annual legal entity statutory accounts and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external audit visits
