Accounting Specialist

Job Description

onsemi is currently seeking a Financial Analyst or Accountant to join the Cebu organization. The accountant will support accounting and finance functions including financial analysis, planning & forecasting, cost modelling, statutory and other government reporting for compliance, and additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close process and reporting.
• Support costing analysis, P&L forecasting and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with all operations partners to drive efficiencies and cost reduction roadmap.
• Support other requests that may be deemed necessary.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 0 to 2+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Team player who can collaborate with other functional teams.
• Experience in Oracle (Cloud) preferred.
