Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end accounts receivable processes and assisting with accounts payable, audits, and tax-related requirements. The role ensures accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of financial transactions, including collections, disbursements, prepayments, and monthly closing activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support compliance and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities

• End to end accounts receivable processing
• Assist on accounts payable processing
• Assist on Tax Audit, Year-end audit and VAT refund application
• Collection of BIR 2307 forms from customers
• Disbursement and monitoring of CA, Reimbursements and Payment requests to employees via petty cash and bank.
