Accounting Specialist

Overview

On-site position in Pasig. Full-time, 3-5 years of experience, Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Microsoft Office Excel and Word for financial data analysis and report preparation.
• Manage bank records and perform reconciliations using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports, including statements of account and expense schedules.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in file naming and directory tree maintenance.
• Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and smartphones.
• Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally, within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in an accounting position.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (strict requirement).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
