Role Description
Leading, training, and mentoring accounting staff, including reviewing their work for accuracy.
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to streamline workflows.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP or local regulations and facilitating internal/external audits.
Monitoring bank balances and approving cash disbursements.
