Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review and approve financial statements and supporting schedules
• Prepare and support management reports and financial dashboards
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (auditors, clients)
• Act as escalation point for accounting and reporting issues
• Support audit preparation and handle ad hoc accounting tasks
