• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and quarterly Bursa Malaysia reporting, ensuring compliance with MFRS and Bursa Listing Requirements.
• Manage full set of accounts , including general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliation, month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Lead and supervise the team in preparing and reviewing management accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal reporting deadlines and standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for both statutory and management purposes.

Internal Control & Process Improvement

• Maintain and enhance internal control systems to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Review and improve accounting processes and SOPs to strengthen reporting accuracy and timeliness.
