Job Description

• Process and manage all accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related area.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounts payable processes, reconciliations, due diligence, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
