ACV Program Manager II

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a ACV Program Manager II candidate to join its organization.

+ Responsible for completion of deliverables and on-time delivery
+ Provide leadership and proactive project management for assigned program activities, ensuring program commitments are met, including achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.
+ With respect to production, proactively working with the Value Stream for management of material and manufacturing of hardware including final processing, shipment and delivery planning and coordination, and quality and export reviews
+ Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and supporting functional resources to deliver program requirements
+ Partners with project controls to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manages program team s performance to the IMS
