Role Description

Mail 
Responsible for sorting, organising and distributing mail and courier parcels among departments or recipients within a company. 
Accountable for receiving and recording of all incoming mail and courier items
Process and frank outgoing mail according to SingPost mailing guidelines
Process outgoing courier items according to carrier (eg. DHL) guidelines
Perform internal distribution of mail and courier items to departments or recipients
Man counter to handle all walk-in from internal customers and external parties 
Check and verify invoices from third party supplier for outgoing local and international courier
Support on external trips to nearest bank or Post Office by foot wherever necessary
Print
Inform Line Manager of overall workload and progress on completion of key tasks
Produce high quality proof printed documents to customer specifications
