Role Description
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for goods, services, and supplies.
- Track and follow up on POs to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify accuracy of orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to get quotations and product availability.
- Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing or Procurement Manager.
- To perform any other ad‑hoc task as assigned by the Management.
