Role Description

  1. Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for goods, services, and supplies.
  2. Track and follow up on POs to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Verify accuracy of orders and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to get quotations and product availability.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing or Procurement Manager.
  6. To perform any other ad‑hoc task as assigned by the Management.
