🔹 Funciones principales:
• Administración de Windows 10/11 y Microsoft 365.
• Gestión de Active Directory y EntraID.
• Soporte y troubleshooting de incidencias de red, VPN, DNS y Wi-Fi.
• Administración de Intune, SCCM y MECM.
• Atención y seguimiento de tickets mediante Aranda Cloud.
