The Ktunaxa Nation Council has an opportunity for Administrative Coordinator in Cranbrook BC. As a member of the Governance Transition Team, the Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Governance Lead and the Senior Research Lead, and provides logistical support to the broader governance team. The Coordinator will respond to routine inquiries, answer questions, take and transfer messages, schedule meetings, appointments and events, handle correspondence, prepare letters, briefing notes, minutes, invoices and reports, maintain databases and filing systems, and perform basic bookkeeping.
