Role Description
- Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Azure Virtual Desktop‑Umgebungen (Single- und Multisession)
- Umfassendes Session‑Host‑Management (FSLogix, Images, Intune‑Konfigurationen)
- Durchführung von Image‑Updates (Golden Image / Azure Compute Gallery)
- Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Intune (Configuration Profiles, Compliance)
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von AVD‑Performance‑ und Kostenoptimierungen
- Überwachung, Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting in den genannten Bereichen. (inkl. Einhaltung von Standards, Security‑ und Compliance‑Vorgaben)
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Betriebsdokumentationen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
- Unterstützung und Schulung von Anwendern und Kollegen im täglichen Betrieb
