IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

The Advanced Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for Gentherm’s products. Will have the responsibility to address all documents necessary for launch projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement advanced quality planning methodologies to proactively identify and address potential quality issues in the product development phase.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality considerations into the design and production processes.
• Implement tools and methodologies to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks throughout the product development and manufacturing processes.
• Support the release of DV, and PV, and start of production (SOP) feasibility studies.
