Advanced Operator

About the Role

As an Advanced Operator, you’ll have a great understanding of all aspects of a production line operation, and the focus of your role will be on activities that require specific technical knowledge. You’ll have great experience within a Manufacturing or Packing production role, and we’ll provide you with additional training and support you need to become a workplace expert in this area gaining in‑depth knowledge of operating specific machinery or equipment in your area.

Main Responsibilities

• Respecting and adhering to standards in key areas such as health and safety, environment, hygiene, food safety and of course product quality assurance.
• Operating equipment to standard settings and monitoring to ensure it’s running correctly as well as monitoring regularly to ensure production targets are achieved.
