About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Quality team in Chassis plant located in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou.
What you can look forward to as Customer Quality Engineer:
Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...)

Customer approval for mass production change.

Customer audits and follow-up, CSR evaluation and negotiation.

Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team.

Quality target definition for new project.

Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…), Sample quality assurance.

Lessons learnt for new projects.

Other tasks assigned by the manager.
