About the Role
We are looking for an experienced

Advanced System Administrator

to manage servers, virtualization, and network infrastructure while providing advanced technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Handle

L2/L3 technical support

and resolve complex issues
Manage

Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP)
Work on

virtualization (VMware / Nutanix)
Monitor and troubleshoot

network (VPN, firewall, routing)
Manage

backup & recovery (Veeam/Rubrik)
Maintain documentation and provide on-call support
✅ Requirements
2–5 years of IT support / system admin experience
Strong knowledge of

Windows Server & Active Directory
Experience with

VMware or Nutanix
Basic networking and security understanding
Familiarity with backup tools
⭐ Good to Have
Cloud experience ( Azure / AWS )
MSP / client-facing experience
Relevant certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cis...
