We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Engineer to join our team at the Juarez factory, focusing on the 2nd level calibration and test line for pressure sensors. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate calibration and functionality of our pressure-sensing products.

+ Develop, optimize, and maintain processes for calibration and testing of 2nd level pressure sensors.
+ Troubleshoot manufacturing and calibration issues using hands-on diagnostics and structured root cause analysis.
+ Identify and resolve electrical, wiring, and power-related issues in calibration setups.
+ Analyze and interpret calibration data and perform calibration math to optimize sensor performance.
+ Analyze process data, calibration results, and performance metrics (Cp/Cpk, GR&R, MSA) to drive improvements.
