Affiliate manager

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to build and scale a nationwide network of affiliate partners, gig workers, event staff, and freelance promoters. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, onboard, train, and manage affiliates who will conduct offline customer acquisition and engagement activities across major cities in India.
Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard a minimum of 30 new affiliate partners every month.
Build a network of gig workers, freelancers, event staff, and temporary field executives across multiple cities in India.
Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and performance reviews for affiliates.
Manage field marketing campaigns across different locations and target venues.
Monitor affiliate performance and ensure achievement of acquisition targets.
Track FTD generation, affiliate productivity, and GGR contribution.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
