Main Responsibilities

Monitoring and Quality Control

• Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo & Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.
• Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.
• Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.
• Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.
