ABOUT THIS ROLE

Agent onboarding Analyst will serve as a liaison between corporate office and field Sales Representatives to implement our prospective Agent applications. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while upholding accuracy in all processed information while adhering to deadlines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and analyze the accuracy information of new applications submitted by sales force
Process and upload new applications in the system
Update existing agents' information
Process Change of owner’s applications
Update phone, fax and e-mail address of existing agents
Update bank accounts
Coordinate the Bank account request for new agents to Finance Operations
Coordinate the equipment shipping for new agents to Web s...
