Agent/Distribution Sales Representative

I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

• Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
• Contribute information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
• Comply with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
• Ensure that all company information is kept confidential.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
