Solution Development & Sales Enablement
Agentic Workspace Solution Strategy: Collaborate with clients and Genpact sales teams to understand business goals, employee experience pain points, and the operating model the client wants to move toward. Define tailored Agentic Workspace solutions combining Microsoft technologies and translate technical capabilities into executive-friendly value stories with clear linkage to productivity gains, cost takeout, and revenue enablement.
(Required) Microsoft Platform Mastery: Serve as Genpact's senior solution SME for the Microsoft agentic stack. Maintain deep, current expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry.
