About the Role

The Agile Coach (scrum master, change agent, teacher) will coach individuals, teams and managers to expand their capabilities and facilitate incremental change within Wärtsilä’s Digital Product Development organization. The role supports the adoption of the LeSS framework and works closely with the Area Product Owner, People Managers, and other stakeholders to remove impediments and foster modern product development practices.
