Role Description
What you will be doing:
Enable Agile delivery across multiple product teams
Coach teams and leaders through early-stage Agile transformation
Adapt Agile frameworks to fit organizational context
Support delivery planning, coordination, and execution
Partner with senior leaders to improve outcomes and predictability
What you must have:
Deep experience with enterprise Agile transformations
Ability to blend Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other practices
Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working with directors and executive audiences
Pragmatic, collaborative approach to Agile delivery
Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 - $142,000.00
