Key Responsibilities
Lead a Scrum Team in the delivery of complex change initiatives using a variety of Project Delivery Frameworks
Ensure solutions adhere to present and future business objectives.
Manage key stakeholder relationships.
Manage system development priorities and delivery schedule.
Specific Duties
Understand and lead all aspects of the scrum team deliverables
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies during the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and Agile practices.
Take responsibility for ensuring that the Agile team(s) apply best of breed software engineering practices including but not limited to – Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices, unit and regression test ...
