Role Description

What you’ll do:


  • Act as a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op, building strong relationships with farm customers and team members.

  • Load, transport, and deliver chemical and fertilizer products to customers, including receiving, unloading, and managing chemical shed shipping/receiving.

  • Support the Agro team with in-season crop scouting, seed treating, and fertilizer blending as required.

  • Maintain warehouse organization, inventory quality control, and overall yard upkeep, including equipment operation and general grounds maintenance.

  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

    The Team: You will report to the Agro Manager, and work closely with other members of our Agro team.
