AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist

The opportunity

The AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist is a strategic enablement and communications role within the Office of the CTO, focused on helping accelerate AI adoption across EY Canada.

This role translates the firm’s AI priorities, tools and outcomes into clear, practical and business‑relevant content that helps people understand what is available, what is working and where value is being realized.

A core part of the role is identifying, curating and amplifying high‑quality Canadian AI use cases that demonstrate meaningful adoption across the firm. Working closely with service lines, AI practitioners and key stakeholders, the AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist creates visibility around successful use of approved enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions.
