AI Agent Engineer

Key Competencies Required:

Bachelor s / Master s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field

3+ year of professional experience building AI agents and chatbots

2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate

Experience in multi-agent frameworks and orchestration concepts

Exposure to Databricks or data platforms supporting AI use cases

Experience building and managing AI driven chatbots or agents in Microsoft 365 environments

Experience in Azure, Azure AI, and agent-enablement patterns (e.g., tool calling, orchestration, prompt/response governance)

Experience working in Agile teams

Proven cross-cultural collaboration experience especially with European cultures

Excellent communication; adept at bridging business and IT/Analytics teams
